The standard contract is one year. Contracts will auto-renew annually. If you don’t want to automatically renew, simply let OpenTable know 30 days prior to the scheduled renewal date. Chat with one of our team members to learn about the options.

OpenTable does not charge cover fees for every reservation. We only charge cover fees for diners that discover your restaurant on OpenTable’s website or app. If a diner books directly through your website or by calling the restaurant, we don’t take a cent.

Even better: restaurants only pay for seated diners. No-shows and cancellations are hard enough, we’re not going to charge you for them.

All reservations from your website are free.

No, when a diner books by calling the restaurant or walks in, we don’t take a cent.

You only pay for seated diners, which means there’s no need to worry about being charged a cover fee for cancellations or no-shows.
