Top tips from Darling Crackles on preparing your restaurant before reopening:

  1. Communicate how you plan on keeping your customers safe and comfortable – i.e spaced seating, sanitiser stations, individual plating etc. 
  2. Consider a condensed menu of your most exciting dishes.
  3. Utilise your existing database and the new database you’ve built during this time – consider sending people physical postcards thanking them for their patronage and inviting them in for a drink.
  4. Keep up the personal engagement- create less perfectly curated social feeds and more fun personality from your team.
